I decided to try to improve my detailing, and opted to finish the Anahn's Grand Vindicator battlecruiser. This meant revising the crappy beam cannons, the side turrets, and adding modified turrets courtesy of a gentlemen known as Axel that made the models available a long time ago to modders.
I did away with the Oblivion 20X turrets that looked like pants and modified one of Axel's turrets to suit a 12x setup. Throw in some enormous powerguns, shapen up the main hull and you have about two hours worth of fumbling around. I have no idea why the outside of the beam cannons is so dark. |
